Fibromyalgia is Common in Autoimmune

Fibromyalgia is a common term in today’s vocabulary, as so many people in our society suffer from its multiple and fibromyalgia3often debilitating symptoms.

You may have many of the aches and pains associated with fibromyalgia without being officially diagnosed as having the full-blown autoimmune condition. I would say, however, that if you have the symptoms, you may be on your way to a diagnosis if you don’t take heed.

Recently we addressed fibromyalgia on a call for our Autoimmune Coaching & Energy Therapy Support Group. On the call the focus was on symptoms, causes, and natural approaches to treating the disorder. We also did some energy therapy that you may follow as you listen to the call.
