I wonder how many of you were on the pre-launch call for EFT & Beyond, the new Advanced EFT guidebook for all EFT practitioners. I say ALL practitioners because not only is this new book something that will be a nice addition to every EFT practitioner’s library, but it also is a necessity to anybody who wants to be considered a pro at using EFT and adding flexibility of application into his or her practice.
The book includes 44 articles written by 22 EFT Masters and others. It promises to be a very helpful guide to all of us!
Yes, I am excited about the new text – just available for purchase today for the first time, and I can’t wait for my own copy to arrive when it is shipped on September 1st.
I was invited to provide a bonus e-book for all people who purchase the book, so I sat down and wrote a brand new e-book entitled Guide to Best Practices in Energy Management where I discuss:
- What is Energy Therapy?
- Who needs Energy Therapy?
- How to best access your subconscious mind so that it will listen to you, and
- Why it sometimes won’t listen.
- Energy clearing techniques for after an Energy Therapy session.
This will be the first of several books in a series that I will write in the area of Best Practices in Energy Therapy.
So, if you’d like to purchase your own copy of EFT & Beyond, and receive as a free bonus your downloadable copy of Alchemist Anne’s e-book Guide to Best Practices in Energy Management, then go to the Ariela Group of Wholistic Services website products page and at the very bottom you will find the link to use: http://www.arielagroup.com/products .
EFT = Communicating with Energy using Intuition
Using Meridian Tapping Techniques is all about communication! You may not realize how susceptible your subconscious right brain is to subtle suggestions. And, when you know how to directly “hotwire” the system with MTT, you not only get the attention of the subconscious, but then you can consciously pour in intentions, suggestions, information, as well as coax out the fears, doubts, negative old patterns that have created limits and habits over the years.
If I were creating the most potent medical model today for our society I would put Energy Therapy including meridian tapping techniques like EFT right at the top. In so many instances just communicating with the brain, subconscious, right hemisphere, little protective “inner child” could allow people to heal or move toward health without using drugs, without invasive procedures, without needing to really become ill in the form of disease. And, MTT’s have wonderful results working with PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) which has been experienced by so many veterans of all wars, survivors of natural and political disasters, and abuse victims.
With MTT and EFT as tools all types of physicians would be able to make their jobs easier, results better and faster, patients well and empowered, and the society and economic situation would benefit greatly.
In using EFT and other MTT’s, as in all energy therapy modalities, once you learn the protocol and become comfortable performing the process and seeing results, the easier it is to allow intuition to take over and guide you in the procedure. As a Reiki Master and hands-on healer I was used to being “guided” to where to place my hands and when to do so. I learned to follow the inner guidance and my patients were always good at reflecting back to me that wherever I had been guided to go was, in fact, exactly where I needed to be.
When I started using Neuro Emotional Technique (N.E.T.) as a practitioner for others I followed the strict protocol at first, and that incorporates Kinesiology through muscle-testing as part of the process. As one gets more proficient in muscle-testing procedures, whether it is by using the patient’s arm or leg, the practitioner’s own fingers, or a device like a pendulum, soon it is the inner “feeling” or guidance that gives the answers rather than the technique itself, so here again is the use of intuition as a practitioner of N.E.T.
EFT is such a smooth and easy protocol, and it very easily lends itself to intuition to allow the practitioner, whether self or other, to “feel” when an issue is being discharged. When I am creating a set-up statement around a potent condition or issue I play with words and phrases until I get the inside feeling that I want. I know immediately when I’ve hit the nail on the head and found the exact aspect of the issue that is up for clearing. When I’ve honed the focus that much, tapping on each point gives me the same energetic sense of satisfaction and comfort that scratching an itch or massaging a sore spot provides. It is so nurturing on an energetic level, and I know undeniably that the work I am doing at that point is profound and will be life-changing.
Usually I not only feel these deep feelings when I’m working on myself, but since I’ve been a facilitator/ practitioner for so many years, I can usually pick up on the subtleties of energy shifts in my clients, and even sometimes identify their exact issues as waves of feeling pass through me while I’m holding the energetic “chalice” for the work.
Intuition plays a big part of using MTT’s, and yet, that sounds scary, esoteric, impossible to some people. No problem. To utilize EFT you only need to follow the protocol to enable it to create results. And, I always tell skeptics that 1- they don’t need to believe in it for the positive results to occur, and 2- it cannot hurt them – it will only help in some way. So, it is a win-win, no-lose proposition whether the person is tuned into their intuition or not!
The entire concept of accessing meridians is all about energy. The meridian system is the energetic “wiring system” for the electro-magnetic field around the physical body. For thousands of years specific points on the body where meridians connect or begin/end have been accessed in acupuncture, acupressure, massage, all kinds of bodywork modalities.
I first learned of the power of accessing meridians in an advanced Touch for Health training seminar offered by Dr. Sheldon Deal, who is a wizard extraordinaire, among other things. He showed us how to input and clear suggestions by tapping in a certain way on the skull over each ear. It was such a profound and eye-opening experience for me to learn that it was that easy to input or remove emotion, pain, subtle psychological suggestions, etc. That was one of my first experiences with energy therapy, and from then on I was hungry to learn more!

Coaching Benefits with Energy Therapies like EFT
Sometimes as coaches we have personal fears and doubts about various aspects of our coaching. For example, some coaches have never experienced presenting a group coaching program or tele-class before. That can be very, very stressful, especially when the recording mechanism doesn’t work or the call center completely shuts down at the moment you are supposed to have the participants calling in, among other frustrations. Using an energy therapy technique like EFT does help discharge some of the emotional frustration, fear, upset that can come up when you least expect it.
Often when coaches have their own personal issues come up, they may include personal insecurities about being a coach or just certain feelings of being inadequate. In using EFT you can choose an issue that you have charge around or an issue that is up. In the middle of that emotional charge you may find yourself thinking, “I need a tool because I sure don’t want to deal with this, or I do want to deal with it but I don’t want to feel it. I don’t want to have to prolong the anxiety or the emotional surge that I am having.” Energy therapy techniques including EFT fill the need here very well.
There are many practitioners out there selling interesting items, videos, training programs, around EFT. In fact, I am going to be initiating my own EFT training program for coaches on August 13. I think I am qualified, having written coach manuals and done my own coach training for years, plus being a seasoned EFT and N.E.T. facilitator.
EFT is the tool that absolutely helps you to be a better coach for your clients if you have some clients who are stuck and really want to go forward consciously or if you want to do something but your own subconscious holds you back.
A lot of coaches probably know of clients that have been so focused on their intention and yet they kept running into a wall. I would say 15 minutes of EFT that you facilitate would break down that wall for them so that they could go forward and they would be amazed. It would be so easy for them, so that’s why I say this is such a wonderful, vital tool for coaches.
Many people have frustrations with social networking. I was a marketing consultant for many years and even taught marketing classes at the MBA level. Just a couple of years ago I collaborated with another coach on a training manual for coaches where the information about marketing did not mention social networking at all. The book was published before social networking had hit. Now there seems to be more involved in typical marketing of a simple coaching practice than ever before, and this is bound to cause frustration for some people. In a recent tele-call for coaches I focused an EFT TAPshop session on the concept of not having enough time in the day for doing social networking in addition to everything else on the to-do list. The call was popular and we used EFT to clear frustration, anger, impatience, resentment, and other emotions that came up around the issue of adding more to our over-wrought calendars.
Another issue that some coaches come up with is the sense of murkiness or just confusion about the coaching program they wish to launch and who will be the exact target audience. That murkiness and confusion can deter a coach so that the laws of attraction don’t work for them. This is true because they have no clear vision of where they want to go, so they spin in circles and never reach their highest intended goals.
There is definitely a correlation here. If you want the Law of Attraction to work for you, then using energy therapies like EFT is wonderful. When I say energy therapies, I am talking about Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro Emotional Technique, or any of the various meridian-tapping techniques that are out there. I think EFT is very easy to learn, is painless, is quick, and you don’t have to have a lot of the background that I have as a trained facilitator of N.E.T. in order to apply EFT to your issues. That is really good for clearing out the fog in the mind.

Coaching with EFT – Creating higher Return on Investment!
When I was Director of Training & Development for one of the large Teledyne corporations during the 1990′s, I often hired other trainers and consultants to support the thousands of employees that were under my authority to train and develop. I evaluated each dollar that I spent from my allotted training budget to determine the ROI or return on investment that I would get (or my people would receive) from attending a training or being trained by somebody that I hired. I was very picky and chose only the best to support my employees.
Whenever I developed my own training programs or offered a consulting package to my clients I imagined myself in my customer’s place, and again focused on the ROI that my client would receive from hiring me. My goal was always to go beyond the basics and to deliver more than I promised.
I suppose this worked well for me, since I never really had to market my practice in twenty-five years. All of my clients came to me through word-of-mouth referrals. That was nice, and it told me that my clients felt they were benefitting from what they received from my services.
Later when I went full-time into coaching I again looked at the ROI of what my clients would receive from me as their coach. I know I am good at coaching and counseling. I also know that I have a good coaching protocol and have been certified through several well-known programs where I also collaborated and helped them to create coach training manuals for other coaches being trained. But, what was I offering that was unique and beyond what many other coaches were offering?
When looking at ROI as well as what set me aside from other coaches it came down to the special deep energy work that I am able to offer that not all coaches can. I’ve always had a very intuitive nature, and in the last twenty years I have honed that and learned ways to help others through my own gifts.
Of all the energy therapy tools that I utilize with clients, the easiest one for me to facilitate is EFT (emotional freedom technique), a meridian tapping technique that is rather basic, quick, and profound in its results.
Although I was trained with other doctors to facilitate Neuro Emotional Technique (N.E.T.), I can apply much of my understanding of the body’s electro-magnetic field, the diagnostic techniques, and the facilitation protocol from N.E.T. and amplify the effectiveness of using EFT with my clients. And, I can coach them to utilize simple EFT for themselves when I am not around.
Because of my many years training trainers, teaching in MBA programs, and coaching other coaches, I’ve also created a coach training program that will help coaches to apply MTT and EFT techniques in their own lives and then integrate these tools into their own coaching practices. For more information about this go to: http://www.EFTCoachtheCoach.com .
So, when I look at my clients’ ROI I feel very confident that I am able to definitely offer life-changing coaching plus the energy-shifting tools that will help them dissolve any and all blockages that might get in their way.
If you or somebody you know is looking for support with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), chronic physical conditions, detrimental life cycles, subconscious blockages, inherited phobias or life-blocking issues, among other conditions, please give me a chance to help you let go of your pain so that you can flow forward in your life!

Coaching with EFT – Clearing DNA Blockages
Have you ever met somebody who is born with a phobia or deep fear? When I was a little girl I was deathly afraid of heights. I remember once at a day camp when I was only four or five I faced off with several adult counselors and refused their coaxing to walk up a path that overlooked a stream below. I’m sure that the path wasn’t too high, but at the time it was something that I refused to do even if it meant refusing what several authority-figure adults wanted me to do. I was petrified and absolutely refused to walk there.
Years later I worked with my fear of heights while sitting atop Macchu Picchu in Peru with friends. The whole time I was there I felt like I was going to catapult forward end-over-end from the top of the steep mountain, but I used energy-clearing techniques and soon felt comfortable climbing steep mountain paths.
It was still years beyond that when I realized that my mother was very afraid of heights. She refused to accompany me on a short hike up a hill in North Carolina that seemed perfectly harmless to me. It hit me then that all of my own height phobias had been inherited, and that I had been carrying around my mother’s fear of heights up to that time in my life.
I love using Meridian Tapping Techniques including EFT to clear subconscious and emotional blocks like this that are contained in our electro-magnetic field, and often placed into our physical make-up through our DNA. The exciting thing is that we don’t even need to know exactly what we are clearing or where it came from when we use EFT. And, when I facilitate a session of Neuro Emotional Technique with a client I can identify those issues if the person wants me to, but it is not necessary.
So, next time one of your own inner fears rises up to block you, ask yourself where it came from. And, if you need help clearing it, then contact me at: http://www.arielagroup.com/contact.
Dispelling the Energetic “Ash” After an Energy Therapy Session
I have learned over the years that after a major energy clearing process has been performed, there is often some energetic residue or what I call “ash” left in the area surrounding wherever the energy process was performed. I recognize and feel this residue, so I always urge my clients to take some steps to dispel this energetic “ash” so that they can be fully free of the hold of the issue that has been cleared.
To better understand this concept you might look at a couple of analogies:
1- When one is performing a physical cleanse a substance may be taken that will enable toxins to be released from the body. Drinking lots of water will assist the lymph glands and the intestinal track to better wash out the toxins still remaining in the body. There is a need for some cleansing agent to flush out the refuse.
2- In the case of an amputee there are often reports that an individual can still “feel” the limb or digit that has been removed. In our case the energy may be outside of the body’s electro-magnetic field, but it may still be lingering around the aura, the proximity, the home, car, area most frequented by the person who just purged the energy. Scott Walker calls this “body memory”.
When I work with a client I make certain suggestions of what they need to do to cleanse themselves, their living area, their working area, their car, their jewelry, their general surroundings in order to really be free of the old energies that they have cleared with EFT or N.E.T. or another tool.

Video & Computer in an Off-the-grid Cabin
Tonight I’m proofing some website pages so we can launch the new Ariela Group website tomorrow. And, we’re watching a video… all in an off-the-grid alternative power cabin sitting in the north central mountains of Georgia.
Martin has been building his cabin to be as close to nature as posible, and still be comfortable and allow us a modern lifestyle. It is built on a mountain ridge facing south for passive solar energy benefits. It has a large solar panel that produces enough electricity for everything we need, and it is wired for both DC and AC current. Water is provided from a spring down the hill with an electrical pump that sends it up to a holding tank in the loft next to the propane on-demand water heater. The kitchen sports a fancy five-burner propane stove and propane refrigerator.
Even though the cabin is off the main electrical grid, it has telephone service, and in fact also broadband DSL internet service. That is rather ironic since many people don’t have internet service at all here in the mountains, and here an off-the-grid cabin has DSL!
So, tonight we’ve got the tv, dvd player, computer, DSL modem and a light, and we’re using 5.4 watts of electricity runing these all together. In the morning the sun will recharge the battery bank through the solar panels and we’ll start all over for another day of sun-generated power.
At night we turn off the electrical inverter and there is total peace in the house. No wiring with energy flow surrounding us. Just peace and quiet without the extra sensory static caused sometimes by being surrounded by electrical currents in the walls.
I had always talked with others about off-the-grid living, but it wasn’t until I met Martin that I had to really walk my talk and experience it first-hand. It takes more time and effort to support and maintain all of the systems, but it takes less power and is non-polluting clean energy. In choosing this life style we are supporting conscious living and ecological sensitivity.
So, tonight I’m busy multi-tasking and soon we’ll turn off all of the systems and sleep in total peace and quiet. We love our lifestyle!
